In a Ministerial meeting arranged by Lincoln MP, Karl McCartney, for Wednesday (15 December), a range of Lincolnshire MPs alongside County Council Leader Cllr Martin Hill and Cllr Richard Davies (Executive Member for Highways) will be discussing the negative impact of the 25% cuts (£12.3 million)
The Lincolnite asked Karl a range of questions about the past two years since his re-election in December 2019 and also about his future priorities for Lincoln.

Karl has warmly welcomed the Chancellor of the Exchequer’s (Rt Hon Rishi Sunak MP) Autumn Budget and Spending Review in the House of Commons yesterday.
Karl attended the Conservative Party conference in Manchester this week and gave his full support for the Prime Minister, Rt. Hon. Boris Johnson MP, after his stirring speech (see link below) on Wednesday (6 October 2021).

On the annual Lincolnshire Day (1 October 2021), Lincoln MP, Karl, met with Anglian Water and the Rotary Club of Lincoln, who were later that day unveiling the Lincoln frieze to commemorate the building of Westgate Water Tower in Lincoln.
Karl officially opened the fourth RMI Academy of Automotive Skills training site in Lincoln on 27 September 2021. This academy is being run in partnership with Lincoln’s PK Automotive Solutions, based on the Deacon Business Park.
