Karl welcomes funds to fix potholes in Lincoln

Karl McCartney JP MP, the Member of Parliament for the City of Lincoln, has welcomed news that local road-users will benefit from a dedicated £2,482,000 pothole fund for Lincolnshire, which will keep the County moving.
